Stevie and his purple rat that he won!

June 24th was our annual Delta Lagoon Day. Keith and I brought Stevie, Andrew and a few cousins along with us for the day. We all had a great time! Andrew and Levi played in the water got soaked and cold, dried up, wamed up and did it all again. The girls had a great day riding all the rides they could. Stevie and his friend John David rode some rides and hung out. We really didn't see them much, but they did play bingo with us and Stevie won some movie tickets. Jake didn't go with us because he had just started a new job. Ryan didn't go because he had a baseball game that night. He played the Angels. Ryan got 2 hits, and one run on a strike out when the catcher dropped the ball. Ryan's team, the A's won the game 9 to 4. His next game is against the Braves Thursday at 5:30. The winner of that game plays the White Sox for the championship, right after at 7:30.

Last Game of the Regular Season

June 12th was the last day of Ryan's regular season games. I love little league, watching our kids grow and learn so much. Tournament Play starts Monday the 16th. Ryan's team is currently ranked 3rd. It will be fun to see how they do.

Neighborhood Petting Zoo

Just down the street from our house is a little farm. We love to walk down there and feed the animals all sorts of fruits and veggies that we have. The kids love it! But we have to watch out! If Leia gets too close she'll bite the goats ankles. She got three of them today... OOPS! [Group pic is Stevie, Alyssa, Keith, Kyle and Ryan.]

Graduation Party!

On Friday the 13th of June we got together with as much of the family that could, and had a bar-b-que in celebration of Stevie graduating from high school! We had a great time and wish more family and friends could have joined us.

Keep Your Eye on the Ball!!!

Ryan takes too seriously the phrase "Keep your eye on the ball." His first baseball wound, the famous and oh so proud.... Black Eye.
